By registering with historyex.com, you agree to receive regular correspondence from admin about various events, competitions or newsletters of any sort, these will be sent by e mail to the address you provide on the registration form, if you believe your e mail address should not be on the system then please contact admin. If you wish to delete your Historyex.com account then you may do so from inside your account settings page, Admin will not delete accounts of members that contact by e mail specifically to delete their accounts, this will ony be done in exceptional cicumstances. Historyex is a unique and brand new profile based website that allows Members to create unique personal profiles online of their ex parners,current partners,friends or family in order to describe their relationship with this person. The services offered by historyex include the historyex.com website and any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by historyex. This Terms of Use Agreement / Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the historyex website. By using the historyex website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse the historyex Website) or you are a "Member" (which means that you have registered with historyex). The term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member.
